With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
We understand, at times, that you may need to return an item. Our returns & refund policy allows full refunds or exchanges as long as the following conditions are met:The item is in perfect condition, complete with its original packaging and this packaging is undamaged.You return the item within 30 days of having received it from us.
Large bales cannot be returned unless they can be forked back on site, but please call if you receive any bales which are not up to our high standard.
Any items you wish to return and post back are done so at your charge for the postage. A refund will be actioned within 3 working days of receiving the item back in perfect condition.
We are unable to refund Animal medicines, Riding Hats and Underwear.

Bisley Wood Oil is a fast-drying finishing oil for the wooden stocks and fore-ends of rifles and shotguns, supplied in a handy 100ml pump canister.
It is designed both for finishing bare or re-sanded wood and for freshening up a tired stock that has lost its lustre after seasons in the field. The formula dries quickly and will not darken or yellow the timber, so the natural grain and colour show through rather than being muddied or tinted. Once cured, it will not crack with age, leaving a finish that flexes with the wood through changes in temperature and humidity.
The pump-powered canister uses no gas, giving you a controlled application straight onto the wood or onto a cloth for working in by hand. For the deer stalker or game shot, it is a straightforward way to keep a working stock protected against rain and handling without sending the gun off to a gunsmith. The oil is flammable, so apply it in a ventilated space and keep it away from naked flame.
