With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
We understand, at times, that you may need to return an item. Our returns & refund policy allows full refunds or exchanges as long as the following conditions are met:The item is in perfect condition, complete with its original packaging and this packaging is undamaged.You return the item within 30 days of having received it from us.
Large bales cannot be returned unless they can be forked back on site, but please call if you receive any bales which are not up to our high standard.
Any items you wish to return and post back are done so at your charge for the postage. A refund will be actioned within 3 working days of receiving the item back in perfect condition.
We are unable to refund Animal medicines, Riding Hats and Underwear.

Excel's high-quality recipe has been formulated with vets and nutritionists. This ensures these nuggets contain the right balance of vitamins and minerals to supplement your guinea pigs’ diet to help keep them happy and healthy. Added blackcurrant and oregano provide extra tasty nuggets that guinea pigs enjoy.
Good quality hay and/or grass should make up the majority of your guinea pigs’ diet and should be available at all times. Guinea pigs should also be fed a small portion of Excel nuggets, the occasional Excel Nature Snack to add variety and encourage emotional enrichment, and a small handful of leafy greens each day. Fresh, clean water should always be available.
If you are currently feeding a muesli style food to your guinea pigs, you should gradually transfer your pets onto a hay and nugget based feeding plan over a period of between 14 and 28 days. This can be done by gradually reducing the amount of muesli and increasing the proportion of nuggets until they have completely replaced the mix. Always ensure you are monitoring your guinea pigs’ weight to ensure a healthy weight.
