With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
We understand, at times, that you may need to return an item. Our returns & refund policy allows full refunds or exchanges as long as the following conditions are met:The item is in perfect condition, complete with its original packaging and this packaging is undamaged.You return the item within 30 days of having received it from us.
Large bales cannot be returned unless they can be forked back on site, but please call if you receive any bales which are not up to our high standard.
Any items you wish to return and post back are done so at your charge for the postage. A refund will be actioned within 3 working days of receiving the item back in perfect condition.
We are unable to refund Animal medicines, Riding Hats and Underwear.

The Brattonsound 5 Pistol Cabinet is built and independently tested to British Standard BS 7558/92 for gun security and 100% Police approved.
This cabinet is constructed from strong 2mm thick fully welded steel. High security locking is provided by a 7 lever safe deadlock with forged steel bolt, reinforced casing and reinforced internal mechanism, supplied with two keys. Full length anti-jemmy bar and anti-lever flange are added to give increased strength and protection to both the hinge and lock of the cabinet door. Pre-drilled 14mm holes in both the base and rear of the cabinet allow for either back or base fixing. This gun safe from Brattonsound is perfect for storing small firearms and ammunition.
