With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
We understand, at times, that you may need to return an item. Our returns & refund policy allows full refunds or exchanges as long as the following conditions are met:The item is in perfect condition, complete with its original packaging and this packaging is undamaged.You return the item within 30 days of having received it from us.
Large bales cannot be returned unless they can be forked back on site, but please call if you receive any bales which are not up to our high standard.
Any items you wish to return and post back are done so at your charge for the postage. A refund will be actioned within 3 working days of receiving the item back in perfect condition.
We are unable to refund Animal medicines, Riding Hats and Underwear.

Burlybed Original Pellets are made from 100% Miscanthus, processed in their natural cane form on the farm.
Burlybed's bespoke production process shreds and breaks up the hard outer casing of the cane to expose the soft and pithy inner core. These pellets provide ultra-absorbency, help control odours, and create a soft, cushioning bed while being economical and time-saving to use. In-house tests show that these miscanthus pellets are more absorbent than wood or straw pellet alternatives. They are quick to muck out with very little wastage and rot down on the muck heap quicker than straw and shavings.
For an average 3.66m x 3.66m (12'x12') stable, it is recommended to use 5 to 7 bags for a traditional bed and up to 8 for deep litter. When setting up, add half to one full bucket of water per bag to allow the pellets to swell, creating a fluffy and supportive bed. Regularly remove wet and droppings and add additional pellets as required. These pellets are also suitable for poultry, small animals, and as cat litter.
